    Friday, July 22nd is for swimmers ages 13 and up. 

    Friday, July 22 **Ages 13 & Up**

    • Gates open: 2:00
    • Warm-ups: 2:15
    • Meet begins: 4:00

    Saturday, July 23rd is for swimmers ages 12 and under

    • Gate open: 7am
    • Warm-ups: 7:15am
    • Meet begins: 9am


    Team Location:

    For both days we will have two team locations. One is inside the pool facility, centered in front of the men's locker room and the second location will be on the lawn area by the track/softball field. We encourage swimmers to be under the tents inside the pool area while families can put their chairs and tents on the lawn area. Only Marlin team popups and tents will be allowed inside the pool area. We will also have a team viewing area under our tents along the fence.

    Champs Information:

    Parents MAY NOT enter the lower pool area.

    Only volunteers with badges can enter the lower pool area.

    All viewing must be done on the upper concrete areas.

    Please obey the taped markings on the ground.

    Chairs CANNOT be placed in walking areas or blocking access areas.

    Parking is $3.00 per day.

    No Snack Bar, Food truck will be available.

    It is a LONG day, be prepared to spend lots of time waiting for an event!

    Saturday swimmers will be seated in the “Clerk of the Course” section prior to their event

    Parents are not allowed in the “Clerk of the Course” seats, they can walk their swimmer to the staging area.

    Swimmers will need to arrive in the “Clerk of the Course” in plenty of time. We will have more specifics later in the week.

    Friday there is NO "Clerk of the Course" swimmers will get themselves to the pool for their events (we will have shepherd coordinators assisting with this).

    There will be 11 teams participating, all with 100 swimmers each!

    Let’s have fun and encourage our swimmers to swim their best!

    Info from the Crocs about the facility:

    The Castro Valley Swim center located on the corner of Redwood Rd. and Mabel Ave on the Castro Valley High School campus.There is plenty of parking in either the lot along Redwood Rd or in the lower lot off of Mabel Ave. Enter the pool area from the side gate adjacent to the lower parking lot.Some more info about our pool:

    • Pool has 6 lanes
    • 10 & under individual events start at the shallow end of the pool . Diving is allowed.
    • We ask that only team canopies/tents/chairs be set up inside the pool fencing and deck. No family set up please, including on the grassy area. Your team tents can be set up all along the far side of the big pool against the wall with shade canopies around the small pool except where ribboned off(see diagram below).
    • Family canopies/tents/chairs are not allowed on the pool deck, we ask for them to be set up in the upper and lower parking lots of CVHS only. This helps allow us to better view our swimmers in the pool with much less crowding on deck.
    • The big bleachers are also available for your team's use however you want to use them.
    • Please do not block doors or gates!
    • Small pool is not available for warm up / cool down.
    • No dogs allowed except for a leashed service dog.
